AC Associates has a formal written Safety Program, a formal written
Hazardous Materials Communication Program (HazCom) and has developed and
implemented an industry leading incentive award
program for its employees. Through our "Safety"
incentive program, AC Associates provides thousands of dollars each year
to workers who demonstrate high safety performance. All AC Associates field employees are trained in
accordance with current OSHA Rules. Our President,
Robert Samela, was an active participant in the Steel Erection
Negotiated Rule Making Advisory Committee (SENRAC), the group that
developed the current OSHA Sub Part R Steel Erection Rules. More
specifically, Mr. Samela served on the Decking Committee Work Group. AC Associates
has received Safety Awards in 1999, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007 for its
performance by the Allied Building Metals Industry. These industry
recognition awards are directly related to AC Associates' focus and
respect for safety.
